1.1 Cancellation Charges
If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply based on the number of days prior to your departure date:

30 days or more before departure | No Cancellation Fee |
16–29 days before departure | 50% of Total Booking Cost |
15 days or less before departure | 100% of Total Booking Cost |
Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing via email to our official contact address. The date of receipt of the written notice will be used to determine the applicable cancellation tier.
1.2 Non-Refundable Fees & Deposits
A deposit of 20% of the total booking cost is required to confirm all reservations. Please note:
